Press release, Paris, October 6, 2026

The explosion of AI use in companies leaves executives with a dilemma: “let innovation run” to stay competitive, or “keep control” of their compliance and security, even if it means slowing deployments down.

To address this challenge, Maya Noël, former CEO of France Digitale, is joining forces with Thomas Girard, Raphaël Guillet and Ghislain de Juvigny to launch TrustFlow, a sovereign platform that helps large organizations roll out their AI governance. The market is expected to exceed one billion dollars by 2030.

To reach its ambitions, the foursome will build on Bloomflow's teams, technical expertise and track record: 10 years of experience, around a hundred employees, 200 enterprise customers, 30 countries.

A new market to address

The AI governance market is taking shape under the combined pressure of regulation and the spread of AI across companies, driven in particular by the explosion of AI agents. In just a few months, the topic has moved from technical teams to the agenda of executive leadership.

Leaders know they need to strike a balance between accelerating innovation, essential to their competitiveness, and the demands of security and compliance. The challenge: letting teams adopt these new tools quickly while making sure they are identified, documented and deployed in line with internal rules and regulations.

Given this context, Gartner estimates the global market for AI governance platforms at $492 million in 2026. A dramatic acceleration, given that it was estimated at only $65 million in 2024 (+652%) and is expected to pass the one-billion-dollar mark by 2030.

An approach combining automation and tailored support

With the explosion of use cases, the multiplication of tools and the growing number of employees starting AI projects, large groups can no longer handle compliance manually without risking errors and structural dangers. This often leads them to block AI deployments to preserve security and auditability.

TrustFlow meets this challenge by enabling deployment at scale, combining governance, speed and flexibility. As a trusted third party connected to all the tools used internally (agents, applications, models), the platform automates part of compliance (internal rules, AI Act, etc.), analyzes AI agents and systems in real time, classifies them, assesses their risks and guides companies towards secure, compliant deployment, whatever the teams and departments involved.

Ghislain de Juvigny, co-founder and CTO, says:

“Because large groups cannot protect what they don't know, they often choose to block AI deployment and constrain their internal teams to stay secure. We estimate that close to 90% of projects never get started for lack of the people and resources needed to keep up. At TrustFlow, we let our customers stop choosing between compliance and innovation by giving them the fastest and most robust platform on the market to deploy AI at scale, quickly, and with the level of governance each one needs.”

A team strengthened by Maya Noël's arrival

For nearly 10 years, Bloomflow has supported more than 200 large companies and public institutions (Bpifrance, the French Directorate General for Enterprise, HSBC, L'Oréal, PepsiCo, Sanofi, Stellantis...) in more than 30 countries to accelerate their innovation strategies. Building on this track record and a deep understanding of their needs, the company is now taking a new step with TrustFlow, with the ambition of becoming a leader in the AI governance market.

To lead this new chapter, the group appoints Maya Noël as its head. An entrepreneur and former CEO of France Digitale (2021-2026), she brings a unique combination of deep knowledge of the European tech ecosystem, command of regulatory issues, and a proven vision of how tech companies scale.

She joins an already strong founding team of serial entrepreneurs and engineers: Thomas Girard, Raphaël Guillet and Ghislain de Juvigny.

Thomas Girard, co-founder and executive chairman, says:

“The ability of large groups to seize AI to innovate and stay competitive has never been so critical. After 10 years helping them turn every wave of innovation into opportunities, we keep accelerating to become a global leader. To carry this ambition, I am delighted to welcome Maya Noël as CEO. Her energy, her experience and her ability to bring an ecosystem together will be decisive in making TrustFlow a reference player in this new market.”

Maya Noël, co-founder and CEO, adds:

“In recent years at France Digitale, I watched AI go in record time from emerging technology to strategic pillar for every company. I also saw very concretely the questions its deployment raises around trust, sovereignty and regulation. Joining Thomas, Ghislain and Raphaël to roll out TrustFlow is a natural next step for me: moving from supporting this ecosystem to building a company that brings concrete answers to these new challenges. With the whole team, we have the technological robustness, ten years of expertise with large groups, and the ambition needed to build, from Europe, a global leader in AI governance.”
